Transfer Pricing is highly specialised. Unless you are a trained Transfer Pricing (TP) specialist you should not be managing your clients' TP requirements yourself.

What are our risks if TP is not done properly?

The main risk associated with lack of transfer pricing planning and documentation is the potential transfer pricing adjustment due to mispricing, non compliance penalties and ATO deny of year-end or retrospective adjustments. This becomes a risk to you in maintaining your client relationships.

Proper documentation or review of prices is recommended to successfully defend your position in front of the ATO. TP Documentation prepared at the time after the lodgement of the tax return will not be accepted by the ATO as contemporaneous.
